black dress
black leather
two black rings
head band with paper ears or plastic
black pants underneath the dress to keep warm

Instructions:
First buy the dress. Then get the leather, measure it by your arm length. Then sew on the leather to the arms of the dress (leave room for arms). then use the rings to sew on to the corners of the leather so when you lift your arms the wings are spread out. also use slip on black pants under the dress to keep warm on the cold halloween night.

Other information to consider:
You might want to wear a mask you can make too. All you do is get black construction paper and scissors and cut it the way you want it. You can also use black powder (if you can find it) black lipstick, black eye shadow
