Matching top-button down w/ collar
Whistle
Police man hat
badge, fake weapons
Dark shoes

Instructions:
Use anything you've got ... no specifics here. Just make sure you look similiar to a police officer. Then switch some parts of costume with trendy styles such as platform shoes, flares, or a boa. Blow your whistle at people walking by (don't be rude!) and say something like "White pants after Labor Day? Thats a no-no. I'm gonna hafta take you in for that one."
