green or purple balloons
string
green or purple face paint

Instructions:
After blowing up the balloons, tie them onto the string. Color the face. Then all you have to do is wrap the string of balloons around the child.

Other information to consider:
Have the child wear colors that match the "grapes". For an extra touch you can cut a leaf from construction paper and attach to a hat.
