a cute little dress (like Shirly Temple), white tights, black shoes (not high heels), pigtails and ribbons, makeup make heavy so looks like porceline doll (red lipstick, white powder, blue eye shadow, eye liner)

Instructions:
Put on clothes, make skirt puffy.

Do hair.

Apply makeup.

Other information to consider:
It's cute to do, you could model it after a picture of a doll they sell in magazines.
