White stockings
white or Black shoes w/ a strap
cute red bow
Make Up
curlers

Instructions:
Get on the dress and the stockings, shoes; Curl your hair - you might want a smaller curler for a dolly look. Tie hair in a half back, clip in the red bow; apply rosy cheeks and blue eye shadow. Trick or Treat!!

Other information to consider:
This is very easy and really cheap. Add other things to be your own fairy tale too.
