Red, white and blue thick ribbon

Cardboard to cut circle and put glitter on to make gold, silver or bronze medal

Put USA or American flag patches on sleeves

Optional: Dress as a particular athlete (Gymnast, Swimmer, Baseball Player, Ice Skater, etc.)

And add a medal!!!
