Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
red dress (preferably w/black lace)

black lace parasol (optional)

black belt (no, not karate...)

black high heels

brown hair dye (if your hair isn't already brown)

crinoline

nylons

Instructions:
Put on crinoline, then dress, then belt, then nylons, then shoes( of course this is all after dying your hair).

Pick up parasol and go!

Other information to consider:
Go to your local Halloween shop to get the dress and crinoline.
