Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
yellow, black and white feathers
yellow cap
yellow craft apron
yellow foam poster board
lots of glue!
orange felt for feet and beak
shoelaces for wings
yellow face paint

Instructions:
Find a picture of a goldfinch and notice color scheme of feathers.
Glue lots of yellow feathers to cover the apron.
Cut wing shapes out of poster board to fit arms, and glue black and white feathers all over them.
Cut small holes in wings to thread shoelaces around arms.
Glue black and white feathers to cap.
Cut out 4 bird feet out of felt and attach to pant legs with safety pins (back and front).
Cut out triangle for beak and glue to cap.
Makes a great costume!
