Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
2 metal bike rings, markers, hot glue gun, tape, and card board or posterboard, two pieces of rope (any size you want to fit the person.)

Instructions:
Decorate your poster board with the design of your pop then take one ring and tape or glue(which ever you please) it to one of the end of the poster board. Then do the same with the other end. Then take the two pieces of string and tape it to the top then put it on.
