What age group is this costume for?
Preschool and Younger
Elementary School
Middle School
High School & Beyond

Estimated time required to make this costume:
About 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Difficulty level:
Quick and easy - no sewing required

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
*~* Black skirt (or pants, can be silver)
*~* Silver tank top (must be opposite color than skirt or pants)
*~* Black and silver face paint
*~* Black eye liner
*~* Silver lipstick or gloss
*~* Styrofoam ring
*~* Silver and black glitter
*~* Strap-on wings

Instructions:
Cover the wings with silver and black glitter.
Do the same to the styrofoam ring.
Let dry for about 30 minutes.
Get dressed.
Draw a silver star around one eye and black around the other. Then outline the stars in the opposite colors. Finish with lip gloss, for the makeup.
Strap on the wings and put the halo on.

Other information to consider:
Watch for cars and stuff because you're half black.
And have fun with ya swinging costume!
