Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Poster board, black magic marker, long string or ribbon, whole puncher, and your fanciest/ most formal outfit.

Instructions:
Take your poster board and in large letters write "I'm Sorry". Punch two holes at the top at opposite sides and string the string or ribbon through so you can wear the sign like a necklace. Than, get in your fanciest/ most formal outfit and put the sign on. Now your a FORMAL ... Apology. :-)
