Light green tights
Light green leotard
Glitter hair spray
Glitter
Body glitter
Green face makeup
Wings
Green ivy vine with leaves
Extra ivy leaves
Green yarn
Glue

Instructions:
Take strips of yarn and glue Ivy leaves to it. Glue yarn randomly onto the green leotard. Spray glitter hairspray on everything. Glue ivy leaves to wings. Spray with glitter hairspray. Make wreath large enough to fit on your head (like a crown) with ivy vine. Spray with glitter hairspray. Put green face paint on face, neck, and arms (if leotard is short sleeved or sleeveless). Put Body Glitter on face arms and neck. After putting on tights, spray them with glitter hairspray.

Other information to consider:
Wings can be purchased almost anywhere you buy costumes. Discount stores, drug stores, even some grocery stores. WalMart definitely has them.
