Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Clear trash bag
Lots of colorful balloons
White tights or pants and a long sleeve shirt (if you can, also white)

Instructions:
1. Cut leg holes and arm holes in the plastic trash bag.
2. Blow up a bunch of balloons to put inside the trash bag.
3. Get in the trash bag and put the balloons in after you.
4. Tie up the open end on your shoulders so the balloons won't get loose.

Other information to consider:
All optional ideas!

1. Have a bag that says "Jelly Belly" on it.
2. Paint your face your favorite color.
3. Put your hair in a high ponytail with a bow in it.
