You don't make it. Go to an outlet store and you can get some pretty darn good look-a-likes!

Difficulty level:
Quick and easy - no sewing required

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
For Scarlet: 1) red dress (long)
For Mustard: 1) somewhat shabby yellow suit, army uniform type (you might consider pinning some fake badges on your chest), 2) supply of white powder to gray your hair
For Peacock: 1) blue dress (long), 2) cheap necklace accessories to hang down your dress, 3) blue feather to be worn against your forehead w/ a headband.
For White: 1) nanny/cook-like uniform (black & white), 2) blue brooch (costume jewelry will be perfect), 3) supply of white powder to gray your hair
For Green: 1) hideous green suit that is SUPPOSED to look good
For Plum: 1) hideous purple suit

Instructions:
1. Decide which character you would like to be. This should be done w/ a group of friends so other people will get the joke more easily. Your choices include Miss Scarlet, Col. Mustard, Mrs. Peacock, Mrs. White, Mr. Green, and Prof. Plum.
2. Visit an outlet clothing store, preferably a cheap one, to find an outfit matching your chosen character's style.
3. IF your character has gray hair, add some white powder to your locks.

Other information to consider:
These costs may add up, even if you shop at cheap places. Be warned.
