Instructions:
Follow pattern instructions to make dress. Any pattern offering pantaloons and dust cap will do.
For the cane, I took a yard size pvc plastic candy cane used for Christmas and replace the red tape with blue ribbon. To add to the outfit, I attached a small stuffed lamb to the cane.

Other information to consider:
If making for a preschooler, as I did, you may wish to attach apron to dress. A child under the age of 5 will have a hard time keeping an apron on.
