*black top (or silver)
*silver coat (or black, but only if the others are in silver)
*a black or silver hat (top hat like, big and puffy) {optional}
*temp. silver or black hair color {optional}
*black and silver face paint
*silver lipstick and eye shadow
*eye liner (black)
*black or silver nail polish {optional}

Instructions:
get dressed
dye hair
do makeup
do face paint- write Millennium on cheeks and 2000 on forehead
