sky blue sweat shirt,

green pants (stretch pants work best)

any type shoes

felt or fabric pant

glue

green fringe

blue face paint

fuzzy white ear-muffs

multicolored regular paint

yellow hair dye (wash-out)

Instructions:
5 EASY STEPS!

1. Cut out cloud shapes in felt and glue them to front & back of sweatshirt for sky (or, if using fabric paint, paint clouds onto sweatshirt).

2. Glue overlapping layers of green fringe all over the green stretch pants for grass.

3. Take ear muffs and paint a rainbow onto the headband part of them to look like a rainbow in the sky.

4. Once costume is put on, paint face blue and spray hair with yellow hair dye to look like the sun.

5. Have the best Halloween costume ever!

Other information to consider:
If you'd like, wear brown shoes to make a soil or dirt effect!
