Green mini skirt
Green tights
Black, green shoes
Green eye makeup

Instructions:
First, get all the clothes and makeup. Next, put on the tights, then skirt, then shirt. Put green makeup on eyes. Shoes should be the last thing on because it will make you look taller and because you don't want to mess them up.

Other information to consider:
Makeup should be a light green.
Add a dark purple to make your eyes a little prettier.
