Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
1. T-shirt or material to make one
2. Newspaper
3. Glue and water
4. Broom
5. Ace bandage
6. Paint
7. Balloon
8. Face paint

Instructions:
Blow up a balloon ~ the size of your head. Mix up water and glue in a small container until the glue is watered down enough. Rip up strips of newspaper and, after dipping in glue-water, stick to balloon, leaving a small hole where it ties, just about the size of a broom handle. Do several layers of this, so that it will not fall apart. Wait for it to dry. Paint a face on it. Pop balloon and pull out through hole. Stick broom handle into the hole. Put on the shirt you are using for your costume. Hold broom against your side, head up next to your own head. Wrap ace bandage around you and the broom, underneath the shirt. Paint your own face to look like the fake head.

Other information to consider:
Optional: Cut off straw part on broom, and just use the handle. This will keep it from itching.
