Chicken wire
White napkins
Handmade or store bought Tweety costume
Tights - dyed orange
Brown spray paint

Instructions:
Make or buy a yellow Tweety costume.

Make a large donut shaped form with the chicken wire and set it over the chair, resting on footplates.

Open napkins and gently stuff into chicken wire holes. Then lightly spray paint the napkins.
