A long black dress (plain, nothing fancy) 1 yard of faux fur fabric 2 yards of red sequins black or red high heels black or red nylons white and black hair paint or a Cruella wig, you can find at http://www.partysupermarket.com Faux dalmatian fur purse (optional) Long fake eyelashes (optional) Cigarette holder (optional) Pin (preferably with a dalmatian on it, check Disney Store)

Instructions:
With the yard of fabric, you can make a cape, shawl, cloak, etc. I opted for the cape. All around the edging of the cape, I sewed the sequins. This takes the most time. The pin is used to hold the cape around you. I made my cape a bit longer, so that it drags along the ground. (Not good if you are going to an outdoor party. Make it to your ankles if this is so.) I opted for painting my hair, but the wig is always good, too.

Other information to consider:
I got my fabric with dalmatian spots. Leopard, jaguar, zebra, tiger, etc. all would work.
