chicken wire
felt
glue
hat

Instructions:
Make a mushroom shaped dome without the top (so that you can get in). Put red felt all over the dome. Then put yellow spots where you want them to be. Put chicken wire on the hat leaving a space open for your head. Put the felt on the hat and paint your face red with yellow spots. Add straps on the bottom part to keep it in place.

Other information to consider:
Make arm hole so that your arms come out and make the hat match with the bottom part.
