Yellow sweatsuit or long johns dyed yellow
Fabric (FELT) pink, white, green
Cowboy boots
Cowboy hat

Instructions:
Cut felt into squares (different size squares).
Hot glue fabric all over the sweatsuit (mixing the colors, front and back).
Put on cowboy boots and cowboy hat, and your costume is complete.
