black pants
black shirt
green artificial turf carpet
headband
safety pins
glue gun or form of adhesive
white paint
watering can

Instructions:
Cut a large piece of carpet and secure to back of shirt with safety pins.
Cut small piece of carpet for top of head, and secure to headband with glue.
Letter "Chia Pet" on front of shirt with white paint.
