Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Black headband or cat ears
Black felt
Cotton balls
Safety pin (1)
Black pants
Black shirt
Black socks
Black shoes (optional)
Eye liner (black, if possible)

Instructions:
Put on black shirt, pants, socks, and shoes. If you don't have cat ears, make one with the black headband and felt. Cut 2 triangles out of the felt to make ears. Glue it onto the headband. For tail, take some cotton balls and stuff into felt. Pin onto pants.
Use eye liner for whiskers and nose.

Other information to consider:
You can add body glitter on your cheeks.
