About 4 yeards of very light material of your color choice, 2 yards of a five row stretch sequin band in any color
1 leaotard to match color of material (or contrast depending on the look you want)
clear thread
glitter (LOTZ of it)
5 saftey pins (4 small, 1 Large)
and a creative mind

Instructions:
take the 4 yards of fabric and cut it right in the middle.. making 2 equal yards of fabric. Lay them both flat on the floor.
WINGS:
1. On one half, bunch up the material in the middle and hold in place with a few stiches of clear thread.
2. Next use a small amount of the sequin band and cover the thread, hold in place by stiching to the material.
3. Next, cut the sequin material to fit your wrist( you'll need 2 ) and your arm, right above your elbow ( You'll need two of these too).
4. Sew together to make them like bracelets (so you now have 4 bracelets)
5. On the corner of both sides of the material, attach the WRIST bands with saftey pins.
6. On the same corner measure about 12 inches in to the middle of the fabric and attach the arm peics with another saftey pin.
7. Take your Leotard and attatch the center of the wings to it with the large saftey pin..... Now try on the leotard and slip your hands through the arm peice first.. then the wrists and flutter away!
SKIRT:
1. Measure out the length of your hips with the rest of the silver material. Cut off what you dont need.
2. unfold the rest of the material and pleat the longest side onto the sequin band and sew with a sewing machine.
3. Try on the skirt- if it's the right size, then sew the sequin band together and then the rest of the material (to close up the skirt).
4. cut up the bottom of the skirt to make it look like youve been through the woods
5. Try on the whole costume and put on tonz of glitter.... in your hair and on your face going into your hair.
