What age group is this costume for?
Preschool and Younger

Estimated time required to make this costume:
1 hour

Difficulty level:
Quick and easy - no sewing required

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
bendable wire
brown fabric
brown ribbon (optional)
black marker
white fabric paint
glue

Instructions:
Measure 3 lengths of wire to fit around child comfortably. Glue brown fabric to wires to form barrel (save some fabric for shoulder straps). Mark lines on fabric for illusion of a barrel with black marker. Paint in children's handwriting "Niagara Falls or Bust" on front of barrel. Attach shoulder straps or ribbon to inside top of barrel.

Other information to consider:
Style child's hair sticking straight up with mousse or hairspray.
