black sweatsuit
yellow electrical tape
plastic cars
hot glue gun and glue
orange tagboard
piece of elastic
stapler

Instructions:
On the front of the black sweatsuit, place the yellow electrical tape to look like the lines on a road. Then hot glue plastic cars in the lanes. Roll up the orange tagboard to look like a construction cone. Staple a piece of elastic to the cone to fit under the child's chin.
