two bags of balloons
big clear plastic trash bag
red tights
red turtleneck
silver or red bow
scissors
tape

Instructions:
put on red clothing
blow up the bags of balloons and tape them on the front and back of the shirt
cut a head hole, two arms and leg holes out of the plastic bag
place the bag over the upper part of your body
put your hair up and then put put the bow in

Other information to consider:
have red gloves and red socks and shoes for better results
