Wonder Bread Bag works best
(if child is too big for that, use white construction paper)
Face Paints

Instructions:
If you are using construction paper, first design it. Wrap around child and paint a few circles (blue, red, yellow)

If using Wonder bread bag, cut holes for arms and legs, put it on baby and paint face. IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE THAT PLASTIC BAG IS NOT OVER OR COVERING CHILD'S HEAD/FACE.

Maybe put hat on them, too.

Other information to consider:
This is very cute but only works on little ones.
