Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Black shirt
Black pants
Black shoes
Black top hat (available at any costume shop)
Black cape (again, available at any costume shop)
Fake mustache (preferred, a handlebar style)
Spirit gum (to attach mustache)
Optional: a gentlmen's walking cane

Instructions:
Put on fake mustache (if not handlebar style, then curl both ends upwards). Put on black clothing. Then put on cape and top hat. Presto...instant silent movie villain.

Other information to consider:
Goes best with two other costumes: someone dressed as a Mountie, and someone dressed like a damsel in distress.

If you want more detail, you can just rent out a fancy white shirt and jacket (but, for just Halloween and general play, the black shirt and pants should be fine).
