Estimated time required to make this costume:
Depends on your sewing experience.

Difficulty level:
A bit more advanced - sewing definitely required

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
~Dark navy blue pants
~Gray burlap-ish fabric or gray rough fabric for overcoat and wristband
~Blue shirt with long sleeves
~Same blue material for waistband
~Gold ribbon for waistband trim
~Black disc of some sort, orange in the middle for the waistband

Instructions:
Create a long tank top with a deep V-neck with the gray fabric. The tank should go roughly 9-10 inches above the knee. This will be worn over the blue shirt, which is made of fleece or wool . Secure the bottom of the sleeves to wrists with rubberband (?) to make it look sort of poofy. Cut gray fabric about 1 1/2 inch width to use as wrist bands. HAIR: Sweep upper portion of hair up and make into a braided bun (i.e. make a braid and then make that into a bun) onto the upper part of your hair. Make two long braids and use bobbypins to pin the ends up to the bun (it should look like two rabbit ears that are really really floppy and hang down at the back).
