Large clear garbage bag
balloons, different colors
red pants/leotard/stockings

Instructions:
1. cut the bottom off the plastic bag
2. step through the bag
3. tape the bottom part of the bag onto stomach
4. tape one side of the top part to one shoulder
5. blow up balloons and put through the side that's not taped
6. tape other side to other shoulder
