Almost as easy - some sewing

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
A pink sleeveless pullover dress
A turtleneck
White shoes
A pink Bow
A black eyebrow pencil
Red cloth or T-shirt

Instructions:
Cut the sleeves off of the turtleneck and that is to be worn over the pink pullover dress. Take about a 5" thick peice of material or cut up a t-shirt and wrap it around just below the waist or you can sew it on. Put your hair into ponytails and draw Helga's "unibrow" on with a black eyebrow pencil. Put the bow on the top of your head and you're done.
