Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
1) Bride costume with lace above the chest and lace sleeves

2) Yellow felt with a sticky back

3) 4 white barrettes

Instructions:
1) Cut the lace off right above the chest. Don't touch the sleeves, they stay on.

2) Cut some of the felt into rings.

3) Stick the rings across right above the chest.

4) Cut the remaining felt into a small cresent moon.

5) Put it on the child's forehead so it smiles.

6) Put the child's hair in pigtails.

7) Insert the barettes so that there are two by each pigtail.

8) Go out and get your loot (candy)!
