~* white sweatsuit ~*
~* 1 white balloon ~*
~* 1 bag of cotton balls ~*
~* about 24 inches of white string ~*
~* white shoes ~*
~* white face paint ~*

Instructions:
Blow up the balloon and glue cotton balls all around it so you don't see the balloon. Then, tape the string to the balloon so that the balloon will not fall off. Get dressed and paint the face white.
