1. Blue jean overalls
2. Straw hat
3. Black boots (optional)

Instructions:
Put overalls on without any shirt on underneath. Put on straw hat, black boots go good with them too!

Other information to consider:
If it's cold outside wear a white shirt under the overalls.
Or, if you don't gag easily, chew on a piece of straw (it will not kill you unless you are severly allergic to straw!).
