White gloves
A yellow shirt
Yellow pants (sweats will work the best)
Black shoes (optional)
Yellow face paint
Black face paint
Yellow hairspray (optional)

Instructions:
Use yellow clothing to dress child (or adult). Paint face and hair yellow. Add black circles around eyes and draw a smile around the mouth for your instant happy face! The black shoes and white gloves complete the outfit! It is simple, fast, and cheap! Hint: If you can't find the perfect yellow clothes, you can use some white pants and a T-shirt. Just purchase some dye at your local store, it usually runs between $2.00-$3.00. Just another easy step for the perfect shade of yellow!!

Other information to consider:
If you can't find yellow hairspray you can use face paint in the hair. It works well, it's just harder to wash out!! (But it does come out!)
