What age group is this costume for?

Estimated time required to make this costume:
One hour max to make & drying time, too.

Difficulty level:
Almost as easy - some sewing

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
*orange hat (preferably a beret)
*orange t-shirt (short or long-sleeved..doesn't matter)
*green felt
*green pants
*green socks
*tennis shoes (green if possible)
*needle & thread
*scissors
*puffy paint (black, green, orange, whatever)

Instructions:
*Cut a shape (that looks like the stem of a pumpkin) out of the green felt and sew it onto the top of the orange hat. You may paint it to look like a pumpkin if you wish.
*Take the puffy paint and make your shirt look like a pumpkin or a jack-o-lantern. Let dry.
*You may want to puffy-paint your shoes...you don't have to, though.
*When your costume is all ready, wear it! (hat, shirt, pants, socks, & shoes)

Other information to consider:
These instructions are not carved in stone!! You can definitely change it around, any way you'd like to, so it's more "you!"
