big pieces of cardboard paper

markers

stapler, tape, glue

scissors

shoeboxes

Instructions:
-Roll cardboard paper around person and draw circles for where the arms should go, then cut out.
-Draw stripes, water, whatever on the paper.
-Might need to connect 2 papers.
-Roll around person & staple or duct tape. Should look somewhat like a cone with the smaller end near the head.
-Use shoeboxes if you want to make a "concrete" base for the lighthouse. Staple around bottom of cardboard.
-Use a cardboard box for the top of the lighthouse (put on head).

Other information to consider:
Use glitter for water if you want.
