Long underwear (preferably beat up)
Large flannel shirt
Suspenders
Oversized denim cut-offs (again, preferably ragged)
Cowboy hat
Halloween makeup

Instructions:
Put on long johns, flannel shirt, shorts with suspenders, one tail of flannel hanging out the front. Boots or tennies will work for footwear. Paint face (all white, with a blue star around one eye, and red clown's smile around mouth) and top with hat.
