white garbage bag

white paper plate

black marker

string (yarn)

stapler

Instructions:
Take garbage bag and cut hole in the top to fit over child's head. With black marker, put a big "S" on the front of garbage bag. Then, take paper plate and draw little holes on the top, measure string (yarn) around child's head and staple it to plate. You have yourself a salt shaker.
