Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
1. Feathered boa
2. A dress (with sequins or other glamourous trimings) or black bell bottoms with a fancy top (sometimes clearence racks at The Limited Too have some flashy, glamorous stuff at a very low price)
3. Heels or other flashy shoes (you can find fancy looking shoes for a low price at Target)
4. Dramatic red lipstick, glitter for cheeks, eye shadow or anything that draws attention to your face
5. Fake jewelry, hair accessories (think tiaras, etc.)
6. If you see a good one, get a wig (optional)

Instructions:
1. Put on your outfit.
2. Apply makeup.
3. Put hair up in a fancy style. You could also curl or crimp it. If you have a wig that would work, wear it.
4. Have fun with it, try messing around with what you have.

Other information to consider:
You can also customize your outfit so you could be a particular star. Sometimes being people you want to make fun of is fun.
