4 Star Costume Rating

What age group is this costume for?
Preschool and Younger
Elementary School
Middle School
High School & Beyond

Estimated time required to make this costume:
less than an 20 minutes

Difficulty level:
Quick and easy - no sewing required

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Black knit cap
Black sweat pants and top
Black face paint
Reflector tape

Instructions:
Dress up in clothes and rolled up knit cap. On the back of the sweat shirt, spell out SWAT in large letters with the reflector tape. Use black face paint under eyes, on forehead, cheeks, etc. That's all there is to it!

Other information to consider:
Dressing all in black is generally not a good idea because it makes the child harder to see at night. However, the relector tape on the back helps the child to be seen by cars at a long distance. To be on the safe side, I'd add a strip of tape on his/her bag and on the backs of shoes.
