Instructions:
Paint box desired color. With another color, paint the letters P E Z down the sides. Cut a hole for your head and open bottom for feet (box should be large enough to go to ankles).
Face can be left unpainted or decorated as you desire (scary, funny, etc).

Other information to consider:
When someone says "Hey, a Pez dispenser," You say "Lift my chin," and when they do...slide your hand up under your chin and hand them a Pez candy.
