surgical scrubs or lab coat
plastic chili peppers
stethoscope

Instructions:
Attatch the peppers to the scrubs or lab coat with hot glue (or sew them if you wish). Make a name badge from cardstock or construction paper, glue a photo of yourself on it and write "Chili Pepper, M.D." or "Dr. Pepper" on the tag. Wear stethoscope around your neck, and add a surgical mask for added effect. Carry a satchel to collect 'treats' in!
