Black leotard pant suit

Slippers

Cat ear headband

About 1 yard red and white polka dot fabric

Black eyeliner for whiskers

Instructions:
Fold fabric lengthwise in half, wrap around waist and tie with elastic or you may sew together. Wrap fabric around slippers, tie around ankle so they look like Minnie Mouse shoes.
Opitional- add fabric bow to cat ear headband with safety pins or sew... for the full effect.....use eyeliner to draw whiskers & nose.
