1 red dress w/full slip
1 pair red or white tights
1 brown wig - long according to size of child (ribbon/bow allowed)
1 basket
5 cookies of your choice

Instructions:
Pretty self-explanatory... put on red dress and slip, tights, wig, fill basket up with cookies and away you go. My daughter won 2nd place in the entire town for the most original/creative costume at only 4 months old, but an older child can do the same.
