Large tin foil roasting pan
Craft foam
2 Strips of elastic or material
Green sweat suit
Spray paint
Hot glue

Instructions:
Spray paint the roasting pan brown. Cut out craft foam the shape of the designs on the roasting pan. I cut out 2 different shades of brown: one a little smaller than the other. Glue the craft foam cut outs to the roasting pan putting the smaller ones on top of the larger ones. Cut elastic or material long enough for shoulder straps to hold the roasting pan onto the body. Hot glue the straps to the roasting pan. Wear the green sweat suit underneath the roasting pan (turtle shell).

Other information to consider:
My son loved this costume. The idea hit me as I walked through the grocery store and saw the roasting pans for sale. He wore it for 3 years!
