-Umbrella
-Raincoat
-Boots
-Clear tinsel or the plastic shredded tinsel to use in gift wrapping and rubber cement
-Sparkly body spray if you like

Instructions:
Open the umbrella and using the rubber cement glue on the tinsel, be sure to glue it to the edges so it gives the effect of water running off the umbrella. You can also spray the child with the glittery body sprays available at drug stores to give them the damp look. Add the jacket and boots and they are on their way.
